After watching the video, if you would like to declare your intent to begin the process of taking CC+ classes, complete this online Louisville High School Acknowledgement & Intent Form.

Upon completion, a copy of the form will be emailed to your parent/guardian’s email address for their records.

The deadline to complete this form and be eligible to take College Credit Plus classes is APRIL 1.

If you are an incoming sophomore, junior, or senior interested in taking CC+ classes in the building at Louisville High School, the following forms must be completed and turned in to your school counselor. You will not be scheduled into a college class(es) until ALL the completed forms and supporting documents are submitted.

If you are an incoming junior or senior interested in taking any of the classes listed below from STARK STATE COLLEGE in our building, you will complete the following paperwork via the listed link.

• College Composition/College Composition 2 (12)
• Sociology (11-12)
• Intro to Psychology (11-12)
• Statistics (11-12)
• Pre-Calculus (11-12)

Remember our CC+ classes are filled on a first-come-first scheduled basis, just like on a college campus. After you meet the college’s requirements for placement in a class, submit your paperwork to your school counselor ASAP to secure your seat for 2023-2024 in our building. The deadline to complete these forms and be eligible to take College Credit Plus classes in the building at Louisville High School is April 1. Email your school counselor with any questions. 

Note: Deadlines for in the building CC+ may be different from on-campus. LHS in the building CC+ has an early deadline (4/1/2023) due to the creation of the master schedule and individual student schedules. If you miss the in the building deadline, you may be able to take classes via the college campus if you make their deadline.

If you are interested in taking CC+ classes on a college campus or online through the campus, the first thing to do is explore the individual college’s “College Credit Plus Admissions” page. You will need to apply to that college for admission through their College Credit Plus application. Deadlines vary by institution; detailed information is available on the college websites below. If you are interested in taking a combination of CC+ classes on a college campus or online through the campus and in the high school, that option is available as well. Students will complete Step 3 and turn in all the required paperwork to their school counselor by the April 1 deadline. They will then complete Step 4. Students will not have to apply to their college of choice twice. The student will contact the college for an advising appointment to schedule classes.
